Davide Libenzi wrote in 99 the soft Ras2Vec.exe which can transform very quickly a black and white picture BMP or TIF format (binary and not grey levels) into a vector format.
This software is provided as freeware under GNU licence (GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE) with his sources in "C" language.
You can download Ras2Vec.exe from the owner Davide Libenzi page : http://xmailserver.org/davide.html or find it by typing ras2vec in Google or other web finder.
The inconvenience of Ras2vec is that it works under DOS and it is not very useful under Windows, if you want to put many output options.
So i have made RAS2VA.EXE which is a Windows graphic interface for starting Ras2Vec.exe with full options.
RAS2VA.EXE is also a freeware provided with his Delphi 3 sources and the help sources rtf and bmp used by HCV.EXE (Microsoft Help Workshop).
